Automated fulfillment & inventory for an e-commerce retailer

Orders, inventory, and shipping were coordinated across spreadsheets and three legacy systems. During peak season the team was manually reconciling stock every night.

We designed an event-driven inventory and fulfillment API with real-time stock across warehouses, automated carrier selection, and a reconciliation layer that catches drift. We integrated it with their store and WMS.

It now powers 1.2M orders a month. Order processing time fell 75% and the overnight manual reconciliation is gone.
